EKAP
EKAP system, which stands for Electronic Public Procurement Platform; tender notifications and tenders of public institutions and organizations are published via the internet. is the platform. It is possible to reach detailed information about the tenders online via the EKAP system, anytime and anywhere.
UYAP
Integration with the National Judicial Network Project (UYAP) POLNET, MERNİS and TAKBİS, which provides instantaneous sending and receiving documents between the personnel in the judicial authority, has been ensured. In this way, the desired information can be reached quickly. In addition, the version for lawyers can also be examined on the internet, new lawsuits and payments can be made.
MERSİS
Through this system; In addition to the establishment, change processes of companies, preparation of contracts, inquiries, fees and all other payments, notification and announcement of registrations can be carried out. Electronic signature is required to log in MERSIS.
KEP
KEP, which is short for Registered Electronic Mail, provided reliability in all kinds of commercial, legal and document transfers as well as e-mail services. With KEP, the recipient and sender information precisely determines the time of sending, the time of transmission and the integrity of the content, that is, no changes have been made. KEP can be used as legal evidence.
E-Notification
It took a long time for the notifications sent using the old method to reach the required addresses. E-notification is used together with E-signature and KEP. E-notification has become mandatory by the Ministry of Justice as of 29 June 2015.
